Factory Reset (Powerwash) your Chromebook
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on the system tray, and then click Settings OR
- Type ‘chrome://settings’ into the omni bar, and press Enter
- Find and click Advanced on the left hand side
- Find and click Reset settings
- Click Powerwash
- Click Restart

This will delete ALL your files. This will reset your Chromebook to LIKE NEW, as if you had just opened it out of the box.
