Browser Reset

  1. Navigate to Settings
    • Click on the system tray, and click Settings OR
    • Type ‘chrome://settings’ into the omni bar and hit Enter
  2. Find and click on Advanced Settings
  3. Find and click on Reset Settings
  4. Click Reset. All of your extensions are now disabled.
  5. Navigate to Extensions
  6. Click on the system tray, and click Settings and click Extensions OR
  7. Type ‘chrome://extensions’ into the omni bar and hit Enter
  8. You’ll notice all your extensions are disabled (all boxes UNchecked, and everything greyed out). Re-enable your extensions one-by-one until your problem comes back. This will tell you which extension was causing your issues.
